Once you have scheduled your first appointment we will send you an invitation to TherapyNotes via email.  Please check your email and register so that you may complete your demographic, insurance, and all new client forms.  All forms must be completed prior to your first appointment.

TherapyNotes is our client portal and will allow clients to schedule, change, or cancel appointments. Telehealth services are provided through their HIPAA compliant platform.
